Ready Mart Ltd. Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.
Please read all the instructions carefully regarding our return and replacement policy before returning or replacing an item.
- For each product, there may have different return and replacement policies.
- Promotional offers may or may not follow this policy. Promotional offers will follow the rules mentioned in the promotion.
- Product Replacement is only applicable if the received product is defective, damaged, manufacturing fault or do not meet the product specification as described.
In case of a defective or damaged product, or if the product doesn’t resemble its original product as described, you can raise a replacement request by calling our Customer Service at +8809638020578/+8801319348097, or submit a complaint/request for return by sending a mail at [email protected], or send a message to our Facebook page, live chat by mentioning your order number.
NOTE: Customer must have to check all the products in front of the delivery man and place complain in front of the delivery man if found any defective or damaged product. Complain will not valid once delivery man leave the delivery point.
- For all sort of Electronics and Appliances if any manufacturing defects detected then you can request for a replacement within 72 hours from the date of product received.
- If you receive your ordered product in good condition but later wish to exchange or replace your received order then no exchange or Money Back option will be available.
- If you receive damaged/defective or different product then only your product will be replaced with the same product and No Money Back or No other Exchange option will be available.
- In case the product no longer in stock or there is no supply of the product, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the order will be provided.
NOTE: All product check, return or replacement request should be done in front of delivery man. Complain will not valid once delivery man leave the delivery point.so we request to customer check all the product in front of delivery man.
Where to deliver your product for replacement?
After getting your product replacement request from you our Customer Service department, our product pick-up team will collect your product from your given address without any charge or with charge if needed. If you live outside of Dhaka then, you have to send your product via courier service by paying the courier charge and if we find your product defective we will pay you the courier charge back later. If you cannot match your time with our product pick-up team then you can also drop or ship your product at our office address at:

Note: We will make a maximum of 1 attempts at picking up your product. If you cannot provide your product after 1 attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your request for return, replacement or refund.
Note: For Grocery, condiments, vegetables, Poultry, Red meat, baked items, Fish and sea Food, Drinks item, Kitchen Items, office equipment and stationary item return must be done by the same delivery man who deliver customer’s product.
Conditions for returning a product
If you want to return/replace your received product then you must maintain the following criteria:
- Product must be bought from Ready Mart Ltd. online store.
- You must deliver to us the unused, accurate and intact product for replacement.
- Any product logo, brand protection sticker, IMEI number, the barcode that comes with the particular product should be in fresh condition and on its accurate place.
- Your product voucher and money receipt must be matched with our copies.
- Must contain complete product (like instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, or any items provided with your purchased product).
- Must be unused and in good condition (undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes).
Note: If your return product does not meet our return policy, we will call you to explain the issue and return the product to you. You can still claim warranty if you have.
Product Return Procedures
- Read carefully of our Return & Replacement Policy and check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.
- Follow procedure mentioned in How to request for a return/replacement of a product?
- Tell our Customer Service regarding your convenient method of product return method.
- After receiving a product return from you, our expert Technical Team will go through a Quality Check.
- If we find your product defective, you will get product Return/Replacement or Refund based on scenario.
Note: For all sort of Electronics and Appliances if any manufacturing defects detected then you can request for a replacement within 72 hours from the date of product received but product must be checked in front of delivery man.
Note: You must present your Customer Copy of the Invoice, at the time of handing over the product.
Note: We will make 1 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure but we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 7 days for you to retrieve from our office premises after that we will not take any responsibilities for its damage or for any kind of issue.
For all kind of refund, we’ll process it by 7 days. Further time may be needed from the part of payment processors.
